Please call or text (612) 405-0333 to receive 24/7 tenant support for property related emergencies. All other tenant maintenance needs will require you to complete the below Service Request Form.

Emergencies Include:

Fire / Carbon Monoxide Alarms
HVAC Not Heating or Cooling
Major Water Leaks
Sewer Backups

Tenant Acknowledgement:

Maintenance requests for repairs that fall outside of normal 'wear & tear' as defined by your lease agreement will be corrected at the tenant's expense. As such, Bridging Tenants may require payment for repairs relating to misuse or other related damages. Tenants will not be reimbursed for unauthorized repairs performed and may be subject to penalty.
